Returns Policy
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. For packages lost in transit, claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims due to our error are covered at our expense. If issues arise with an order, please submit a problem report.
Unclaimed returns are donated after 30 days, and shipments with wrong addresses incur reshipment costs. Some goods, like sealed items and face masks, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. Buyer’s remorse returns or exchanges are handled at your discretion.
Refunds and Exchanges Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, intimate items, and hazardous materials. Refunds are granted for regular-priced items only, with exchanges provided for defective or damaged products.
For refunds, once the return is received and inspected, an email will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
